The Solera Method

Our balsamic vinegars are produced using the Solera method, a process for aging liquids by fractional blending.The finished product is a mixture of ages, with the average age gradually increasing over many years.

During the winter, if your olive oil arrives frozen, simply place the bottle in warm water, and it will return to its liquid state.
